Sri Rajesh Kumar Gupta, learned Counsel for the revisionist appeared.
Heard learned Counsel for the revisionist and perused records.
Present revision has been filed by revisionist against three orders passed by District Consumer Forum, Maharajganj in Complaint Case No. 186/2016 Monika Gupta V/s Upendra Gupta and another out of which first order is dated 27-01-2018, second order is dated 30-10-2017 and third order is dated 06-04-2017.
Revision petition against order dated 06-04-2017 as well as order dated 30-10-2017 is time barred and the main grievance of revisionist is against order dated 30-10-2017.
In view of above this revision petition is defective and cannot be entertained as such. The revisionist is given liberty to file fresh revision petition in accordance with law with delay condonation application.
Present revision petition is disposed of finally as above.
Let copy of this order be made available to the parties positively within 15 days as per rules.
