Complainant absent. No representation by the Counsel concerned. Stay order produced is no specific as to which order of this Forum is stand. It is seen that the stay order is passed on 14.01.2016 by a single member of the State Commission, in an appeal filed against the Order No. CC No. 948/14 of C.D.R.F. Ernakulam, without mentioning the date of Order appealed against 2^nd Counsel for complainant is not present. Learned Counsel for opposite party is also not represented, to inform as to which orders is stepped by a member of Hon'ble State Commission. Today since complainant is absent, even when the case is listed, the complaint stands dismissed for default. No cost.
