The complainant Dr Apurba Kr Baruah   is present . His counsel Mr S Khound   is present.   The   complainant side   vide   petition no- 401/15   prays to   dismiss   the   complaint on withdrawal   because they   have   amicably   settled   the  dispute   outside   the   forum. The   complainant is heard in person  and ld.   advocate   Mr Khound is also  heard. Accordingly   the   petition is   allowed. The complaint is   dismissed   on withdrawal.
