Present:       None for complainant. 

                   In the present case, notice to the opposite parties through publication in the newspaper was issued for today. The same was got prepared by this office on 29.09.2023 itself. But the counsel for the complainantcould not got the same

published in the newspaper. Perusal of the file reveals that notice through publication was issued on the application of ld. Counsel for the complainant and this Commission vide its order dated 27.07.2023, 22.08.2023 and 20.09.2023 issued notice through publication. But counsel for the complainant could not publish the notice in the newspaper. Case called several times since morning. But neither the complainant nor his representative appeared before this Commission.  It is already 3:00 P.M.  No more wait is justified. Present complaint is therefore, dismissed in default.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
