ORDER

We have heard Mr. Salil Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The revision petition is directed against an interim order dated 26.9.2012 passed on the misc. application declining the prayer of the petitioner to implead the insurance company on the appellate stage.  No such prayer having been made during the pendency of the complaint before the District Forum though the petitioner was fully aware that he is covered by the insurance cover.

          No interference is called for.

          The revision petition is dismissed.
