Sri Sunil Sharma, learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant appeared.

Present application has been moved by learned Counsel on behalf of appellant in Appeal No. 1247/2010 Bajaj Auto Limited and another V/s Mohammad Umar for refund of Rs.25,000/- deposited under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 in this appeal.

Copy of judgment and order dated 01-02-2016 passed by a bench of this State Commission in said appeal has been annexed with the application. It shows that appeal has been dismissed. The impugned judgment and order passed by District Consumer Forum has remained intact.

In view of above Rs.25,000/- deposited in the above appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 shall be remitted to the District Consumer Forum alongwith interest if any accrued, who shall pass appropriate order for disposal of the same in accordance with law.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
