             Shri Satish Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant.

             As per order dated 17.01.2024, pre-deposit receipt u/s 41 of C.P.Act was to be furnished within two weeks.

            But the same has not been furnished by the appellant till date. 

           In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 17.01.2024, without further reference to the Bench.
