The Complainant and O.P. No 2 and 3 file a joint petition supported by the copy of Affidavit containing the terms and conditions of full and final settlement of issues between them with a prayer to dispose of the case finally on the ground that the O. Ps have already handed over a mobile set to his satisfaction and he does not want to proceed the case further .

Having heard the parties and considering the ground put forward by the complainant we are inclined to dispose off the case as the role of O.P.1 is not important.

Hence ordered that,

The case be and same is disposed off finally in terms of the joint petition and the affidavit filed to day which do for part of this order.
