            This is a Revision Petition filed by the opposite party in C.C No.487/2012 on the file of CDRF, Thrissur,  seeking a direction to dispose of IA No.389/14 filed by the opposite party raising the question of maintainability of complaint before the Forum.

3. The allegation  of  the  Revision  Petitioner  is  that  the  Forum is not

passing any order in the said I.A.  Therefore, the Revision Petition is allowed.  The Forum is directed to dispose of I.A.No.389/14 within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
