We have gone through the terms of settlement as recorded in applications Ex. “X”.The same is lawful.

In the circumstances the appeal is disposed of in terms and conditions of the application, Ex.”X”.The same shall be treated as an order and shall be binding and enforceable between the parties as provided under The Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.
