                File taken up today on an application filed by JD No.2 with a request to issue necessary direction to Branch Manager, HDFC Bank, Branch Rohtak, for reactivation of bank account No.01762560002814 in the name of JD No.2 Metro Hybrid Seeds Pvt. Ltd.

                Learned counsel for the DH suffered his separate statement to the effect that the JDs have made he payment of awarded amount to the DH, therefore, the Dh does not want to pursue with the present execution application being fully satisfied. He further submitted that he has no objection, if the account of the JD no.2 be unfreezed.

                In view of the statement suffered by learned counsel for the DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdraw being fully satisfied.

                Since, the order under execution has been complied by the JDs, hence, Branch Manager, HDFC Bank, Rohtak is directed to unfreeze the bank account No. 01762560002814 belonging to JD No.2 Metro Hybread Seeds (P) Limited, immediately which was ordered to be freezed by this Commission vide order dated 07.08.2024. Concerned clerk/Assistant is directed the copy of this order to the concerned Branch Manger to comply the order.   

       Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
