            Today is fixed for filing track report by complainant and S/R and appearance of O.P. Nos.1, 2 and 3.

            The complainant is present in person and files hazira on his behalf. The complainant also files a petition with affidavit along with some documents stating that the dispute between the parties has already been settled amicably out of this Forum. Under such circumstances, prayer is made by the complainant for disposing off the present Consumer Complaint as he is not willing to proceed with the instant case further.

             As the complainant files such petition through affidavit and prayer is made for disposal of the present complaint as he is not willing to proceed with the case further, the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 222/2018 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

 Let plaint copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
