From perusal of the record it appears that the complainant is regularly abstaining from appearance and persuing his complaint since 15.03.2023 despite granting adjournments on 15.03.2023, 05.04.2023, 03.05.2023 and 14.08.2023 and even today. It appears that in the light of Written Statement of the OP about falsity of the complaint, the complainant has lost interest in persuing this complaint. Hence, this complaint petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
