No one responded from either side.

This appeal was received by transfer from Uttar Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Lucknow.

Upon receipt of the file, notices by registered post were sent to the parties.

The notices sent to the appellant and respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have been received back with an endorsement that the office / establishment has been closed; the notice sent to respondent No. 1 (complainant before the District Forum) has been received back with an endorsement that the addressee has died and the notice sent to respondent No. 2 has been received back with an endorsement that the addressee has left the address.

In the above circumstances, there appears no justification to continue the present appeal.  Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
