JUDGMENT
HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI. K. SURENDRA MOHAN : PRESIDENT
The appellant herein was not a party to C.C. No. 5/2019 of the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Kasaragod. The said complaint was finally disposed of by the District Commission on 14.09.2021. After the said complaint was finally disposed of, the appellant herein filed I.A. No. 1/2021 on 13.10.2021 seeking to get impleaded in the complaint. The District Commission has dismissed the petition for the reason that no impleading petition was maintainable in a case which was finally disposed of. This appeal is filed against the said order.
Heard. We do not find any ground to admit this appeal for the reason that the District Commission was right in dismissing the impleading petition finding that it was not maintainable in a case that was finally disposed of. This appeal is accordingly dismissed.
