The complaint is allowed.
The OP is directed to pay a sum of Rs.7400
with interest at 18 percent pa from 1-11-1992 to the 
date of mpayment
In addition the complainant is entitlted
for Rs,500  towards the cost of TA etc. and 
cost of this complainant
the above amounts shall be paid by the OP to the complainant
within one month from the date of receipt of this order
