Learned Counsel for petitioner and respondent present, the latter is yet to file Vakalatnama in the Registry. Heard. In the midst of proceeding, petitioner sought for cross-examination of respondent/complainant. There being alternate remedy available to petitioner to serve interrogatories on respondent to elicit answer, State Commission rightly negated this move and we too put our seal of affirmance, in view of only defence taken by petitioner that complaint had been instituted to tarnish its image. We find no good reason to interfere with the impugned order of State Commission, while exercising our revisional jurisdiction. Revision petition is, therefore, dismissed.
