This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and harassment with cost of Rs.5,000/- to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of both complainant and opposite party not filed for a long time to prove their respective averments in the complaint and written version.   The complainant called absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
