This matter is placed before the Lok Adalat.

2.      Learned counsel for both parties are present on V.C..

3.      Both parties agreed that the impugned order dated 27.4.2021 should be modified by directing the complainant to deposit Rs.75,000/- with the petitioner and the rest of the  amount as on today be paid in six instalments by the complainant to the OP.

4.      In view of above submissions, fairly submitted by both the parties, in the spirit of Lok Adalat, the matter is disposed of by directing the complainant to deposit Rs.75,000/- within 30 days from today with the OP and the OP would release the vehicle thereafter and rest of the payment as on today be  paid by the complainant to the OP in six instalments. Besides, the complainant is directed to pay the regular EMIs in accordance with the agreement made between the parties.

5.      The impugned order is revised accordingly in terms of compromise and memo of compromise be made part and parcel of this order.
