3. IFB Industries Limited, 14, Taratolla Rad Kolkata-700088, through its Manager/ authorized signatory.

ORDER:

                   The matter was previously fixed for 6.6.2016 for notice to the opposite parties but none appeared on behalf of complainant on that day. However, a written compromise between the complainant and opposite parties no.2 and 3 was received by post, according to which the matter was compromised and the complainant had agreed to withdraw the complaint on or before next date of hearing. As the quorum was not complete on that day, the matter was listed for today. In view of the compromise between the parties, complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
