AWARD

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 19.04.2024, Sh.Vikrant Sharma, Counsel for OPs has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OPs shall replace the Sony LED TV in question with new one of the same make & model or with Sony Bravia of KD-55X85K with fresh warranty as per terms & conditions within a period of 15 days from 19.04.2024 in full and final settlement of the present matter. Vide his separate statement recorded on 19.04.2024, Sh.Sourabh, Counsel for Complainant has admitted the aforesaid statement of counsel for OPs and prayed that the complaint be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement in National Lok Adalat.

     In view of the statements made by counsels for the parties, the complaint is disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by the statements made by their counsels on 19.04.2024. The award is accordingly passed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
