On perusal of order sheet it reveals that 04.08.2017, 19.08.2017, 11.09.2017 and 23.09.2017, on above dates of hearing the stage is set down for filing of affidavit evidence of the complainant but inspite of final opportunity complainant did not turn to file his affidavit evidence and remained absent.
