C/R is put up today as local holiday declared by the D.C Cachar on the date fixed.

Perused the petition No.281 ated 17/03/2021 jointly filed by both the parties stating that they have amicably compromised the case as the O.P. has agreed to issue credit note of Rs.2990/- (Rupees Two Thousand nine hundred ninety only) to Complainant Sri Dibakar Chakraborty. It reveals that the Complainant has received the said credit note by putting his signature on the copy of the same. The parties have prayed for disposal of the case on the basis of Compromise.

The parties were heard on the matter of Compromise and as per their prayer the case stands disposed of on compromise.
