          On April 30^th, 2014 Satish Kumar-complainant purchased mobile phone for Rs.3300/- from Mobile Zone, Narnaud-opposite party No.1.  It suffered some defects within one year of its purchase.  Complainant approached Global Communication, Hisar-opposite party No.2 and deposited the mobile phone with it to remove the defect.  The same was returned to the complainant on November 08^th, 2014 but it again started giving problem.  He filed complaint before District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Hisar (for short, ‘District Forum’) under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. 

2.      Vide impugned order dated March 15^th, 2016, District Forum directed the Global Communication and Micromax Informatic Limited-opposite parties No.2 & 3 to deliver the mobile phone after getting it repaired to the complainant free of charge and were also directed to pay Rs.1200/- as compensation. 

3.      Dissatisfied with the order of the District Forum, the complainant has come up in appeal to impose heavy cost upon the opposite parties.

4.      The price of the mobile phone was Rs.3300/-.  The District Forum directed the opposite parties No.2 & 3 to repair the mobile phone and also impose cost of Rs.1200/-.  In considered opinion of this Commission, the order passed by the District Forum is perfectly right and requires no interference.  The appeal is dismissed.
