Sh. Ajay Mehta, Adv.counsel for the opposite parties No.1 & 2 got recorded his statement that Opposite parties are ready to exchange the mobile set of the complainant with the factory refurbished unit at 33% of the prevailing today's MRP of the Model No.C6802 Sony Experia Z Ultra ( without accessory and standard packing) within a period of one month from today. In view of the above statement, Sh.Amandeep Singh,Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that complainant is ready to accept the offer made by the counsel for the opposite parties on 27.7.2015 to the effect that opposite parties are ready to exchange the mobile set of the complainant with the factory refurbished unit at 33% of the prevailing today's MRP of the Model No.C6802 Sony Experia Z Ultra ( without accessory and standard packing) and he will hand over the old mobile set in question to the opposite parties on the receipt of new mobile set from the opposite parties bearing model No.C6802 XPERIA Z Ultra. As such, he withdraws the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by the statements. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
