The complaint is allowed

Opposite Parties are directed to refund Rs.7,500/- to Complainant along with simple interest at 12% p.a. thereon from 20/10/2011 (being the date of filing of this complaint) till date of actual payment.

Complainant is further awarded compensation of rs. 10,000/- and costs of rs. 2,000/-.

all opposite parties are jointly and severally liable to comply with the above directions and shall do so within 45 days of date of this order.
