Today the case was fixed for compromise in National Lok Adalat. As both the parties have compromised in National Lok Adalat held on 11.11.2016, Learned counsel for the OP No.2 Sh. Harinder Kumar as well as counsel for the complainant have given their statements to this Forum recorded separately. As per compromise OP No. 2 is ready to pay a lump-sum of Rs. 6100/- subject to deposition of old mobile alongwith accessories within a period of 30 days and the complainant is ready to accept the same. Both the parties shall be bound by their statements. As per compromise the OP No. 2 is directed to pay Rs. 6100/- within a period of 30 days otherwise complainant shall be at liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Forum as per law. The present complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
