ORDER:            

                Parties have compromised. Their statements have been recorded. Repaired mobile hand set has been handed over to the complainant. The opposite party No.2 is  hereby burdened with compensation of Rs.800/- in favour of the complainant, which  shall be paid, within a period of 15 days from today, otherwise to pay this  amount with interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of purchase  i.e.  01.07.2013 till payment. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
