                   Today the case was fixed for further proceedings. Mr.N.K.Bajaj, Advocate and Mr.Anil Gupta, Prop. have appeared on behalf of the Ops No.1 & 2 and states that order under execution has been fully complied with. Counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that order under execution application has been fully complied with. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied. 

Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
