The Amendment Petition filed by the Complainant is taken up for hearing. Perused the Petition and other materials on record. Heard the Ld.Lawyer for the complainant.

It appears to us that the proposed Amendment is necessary for proper adjudication of the case. It will not change the nature and character of the case. It is mere formal one. Accordingly the Amendment petition is considered and allowed.

Hence, it is.

That the Miscellaneous Application No.MA/17/2022 be and the same is

allowed. The Amendment Petition is allowed. Amended the petition of complaint and

note in the register. The complainant is directed to file amended petition of complaint on the date fixed.
