          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Ms. Shruti Shrivastav, Counsel for Micromax Informatics Ltd. (OP-2) has been authorised to settle the complaint.  Complainant have received an amount of Rs. 8,360/- (Rupees eight thousand three hundred and sixty only) from OP as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
