Ravi Kumar Versus Mobile Care etc.

 

Present:      Sh. Sangram Singh, Adv. for the complainant.

                   Sh. Shekhar Kapoor, Advocate for Ops No.2 & 3.

                   Op No.1 ex-parte.

                                                                            

          Parties have settled their dispute amicably.  In view of the same Ops No.2 & 3 are ready to replace the mobile set in question with the new one, subject to deposit of mobile set with all accessories at Service Centre, Kurukshetra.  Ld. Counsel for the complainant is satisfied with the same.  Statements of learned Counsels for the complainant and OPs No.2 & 3 recorded in this context.  In view of the same, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
