Present:-      DH/Complainant (requested telephonically).

                   Ms. Jyoti Rani, Advocate, for the JDs/OPs No. 1 and 2.  

                  

                   Today, Ms. Jyoti Rani, Advocate has appeared by filing two separate power of attorney on behalf of the JDs/OPs No. 1 and 2 and placed on record the receipt of payment of Rs. 2,000/- made to the DH/Complainant on 09.01.2024 by the JDs/OPs, along with e-mail conversation held between the JDs/OPs with the DH/Complainant. The Ld. Counsel further stated at bar that the compliance of order under execution has been made and that now nothing remains due against the JDs/OPs.

                   On the other hand, the DH/Complainant has telephonically intimated that today he is unable to appear before the Commission and stated that he has received Rs. 2,000/- from the JDs/OPs on 09.01.2024, in compliance of order under execution, and further prayed that the execution application may be disposed of accordingly.            

                    Heard. In view of the version of the DH/Complainant as well as the Ld. Counsel for the JDs/OPs, the present execution application is hereby disposed of, being fully complied with.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
