ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.  Counsel for OP-2, Shri Ankur Gupta has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and have paid an amount of Rs. 8,049/- vide cheque no. 001958  dated 08.08.2017, as full and final settlement.    Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
