Parties have compromised. In this regard both the ld. Counsels for the parties, have given their statements to this forum. Complainant has also countersigned the statement of his counsel. Ops No.2 & 3 have handed over repaired mobile hand set in question to the complainant stating that now it is in proper working order, undertaking to repair it free of cost, within a period of one year from today, in case, the complainant finds any problem in this mobile hand set, during this period. Both the parties have left upon this forum, to determine damages if any, payable to the complainant, for his alleged harassment, mental agony, and litigation expenses etc.

          This complaint is thus hereby accordingly decided. In case, the complainant finds any problem/defect in this mobile hand set, within a period of one year from today, then it shall be duly repaired by the opposite parties, free of cost.

          Keeping in view the facts and circumstances in the case in hand, including the period and nature of harassment and price of the mobile hand set,  complaint is hereby allowed, damages of Rs.1,000/- and litigation expenses of Rs.550/- against the opposite parties.
