                                         Heard. Perused the withdrawal petition Dtd. 06.10.2023 filed by complainant. It is stated in the petition that the present case is pending before the Cyber Crime Department, for which the complainant wants to withdraw the present case and does not want to proceed further in this case. The complainant is the master of his own case. When he wants to withdraw the present case, this Commission feels it proper to dispose of the same.
