3.  Nanital Bank, Branch Manav Chowk, Ambala City (Haryana) (Through its Branch      Manager).

4.  Punjab National Bank, Tandura Bazar, Ambala City (Haryana) (Through its         Branch Manager).

                   Today, the case was fixed in the National Lok Adalat.  Complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties. Now nothing remains due against the OPs. Therefore, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of this order passed in National Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance
