Parties have effected the compromise. Counsel for the Opposite Party No.3 & 4 made a statement that Opposite Parties are ready to pay the price of the mobile hand set in dispute to the tune of Rs.7700/- along with litigation expenses of Rs.1500/- within one month from today. They also received the mobile hand set in dispute along with Original Bill from the Complainant. At this stage, Sh.Harjinder Singh Kathar, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant also recorded a statement that the complainant has no objection, if the Opposite Parties return the price of the mobile hand set in question to be Rs.7700/- along with litigation expenses to the tune of Rs.1500/- to the complainant within one month from the date of passing of order of this Forum, failing which the Opposite Parties no.3 & 4 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% on the amount stated above w.e.f. the date of passing of the order till realisation. If no compliance is made within a stipulated period, the Complainant shall be entitled to get the order enforced through indulgence of this forum. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties, free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
