Today is fixed for hearing of the MA being No. 126/2022.

Ld. Advocate of the applicant/complainant is present. Ld. Advocate of OP 3 is also present.

With their consent the application is taken up for hearing. After hearing the Ld. Advocate on both sides and giving consideration to the contents of the application in the light of other material on record we see that the amendment sought for relates to the address of the Ops only.

But nature and character of the case will not be affected in case of allowing the prayer for amendment.

Therefore the application is allowed. The MA is thus disposed of.

The Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant is directed to file amended complaint on 14.11.2022.

 

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
