The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the National Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the statement:

As per terms of settlement O.P will pay Rs – 4000/(Four thousand only as full and final settlement to complainant Ajay kumar Nishad. The amount has been paid today to complainant and case is disposed of as settled.

The parties are informed that court fees, if any, paid by of them shall be refunded.
