Ld advocate for the complainant appears and submits his case .

Upon considering his submissions and on perusal of the entire materials on record it appears that the complainant has not annexed the bill of the A/C machine in question.

Besides , the complainant is a company under the companies Act 1956.

There is no averment in the ptn of complaint that he runs the company for his livelihood only.

As such the instant complaint ptn cannot be adjudicated before this Forum since the complainant be termed as ‘Consumer’ in the scope and ambit of definition of ‘Consumer’ as per the definition laid down in C.P Act 1986.

In view of the above observation this complaint ptn is rejected with a liberty to agitate the issue in the self same cause of action before the competent Forum /Court.
