Sh.Sukhdev Raj, complainant has received today in the Forum letter dated 18.5.2016 issued by Mitashi regarding fresh warranty given for Mitashi LEC TV Model No.MiDE050v11 Serial No.1477210005099 for a period of three years. Complainant has already received new LED from the opposite parties on 18.5.2016. Statement of the complainant has been recorded separately withdrawing the present complaint. Consequently, instant complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
