It appears that on 28.04.2009 the Decree Holder - Complainant was asked to show-cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution as the Decree Holder is being found to be absent on various dates including the last date.  No step has been taken nor anyone appears for either of the parties and no cause has been shown and, therefore, the execution case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
