This record is placed before the Ld. Bench in view of the put up petition filed by the Jdr. which is registered as MA 44/2022.

This order is arising out the MA 44/2022 filed by the Jdr contending that the Jdrs have preferred an appeal before the Hon’ble SCDRC being aggrieved with the order passed by this Ld. Commission on 24.01.2020 in the Consumer Complaint No. CC/28/2019. The Appeal has been registered by the Hon’ble SCDRC as A/19/2022. From the order no. 1 dated 23.02.2022 passed by the Hon’ble SCDRC has been pleased to stay the operation of the execution proceeding till the next date.

Be it mentioned that the after filing the EA/6/2020 this Executing Commission was pleased to issue warrant of arrest against the Jdr 2 through appropriate Police Station on 14.01.2021. Date was given for E/R of W/A. Accordingly arrest warrant has already been issued against the Jdrs by the office of this Ld. Commission.

In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble SCDRC in the Appeal no. A/19/2022 wherein the Hon’ble SCDRC has been pleased to pass an order that the operation of the execution proceeding be stayed till the next date fixed, hence fix 12.07.2022 for bringing order by the Jdr. from the Hon’ble SCDRC. Next date is fixed before the Hon’ble SCDRC on 02.06.2022.

The office of this Ld. Commission will take necessary action in this respect.

In view of the above the MA/44/2022 is hereby disposed of without any cost.
