Sh. Kapil Dev, Complainant appeared in person and has  suffered a statement that due to some technical flaw he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical flaw with the appropriate Court/Commission.

In view of the statement suffered by complainant Kapil Dev, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and permission is granted to the complainant to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical flaw with the appropriate Court/Commission.

The Original documents, if any, are ordered to be returned to the complainant against proper receipt.
