This is case for return of policy claim amount.

All the parties are present along with their Ld. Lawyers.

Heard the sides.

It is settled that complainant and OP No.1 together will get policy claim amount in equal share subject to submission of original policy bond along with required claim paper duly filled in to the OP. Nos. 2& 3.

It is also settled that OP Nos. 2& 3 will disburse policy claim amount in equal share to the complainant and OP No.1 within one month from the date of submission of required documents.

Complainant and OP No.1 together will submit original policy bond along with required claim paper duly filled in to OP Nos. 2& 3 immediately.

The case is settled voluntarily and as such case is disposed of finally.
