Today, Counsel for OPs filed an application under Section 151 CPC for adjourning the present consumer complaint sine-die till the pendency of the SLP No.18376 of 2021 titled as "Reliance Retail Ltd. Versus Dharam Pal and Anr." before the Hon'ble Supreme Court & fixed for 18.4.2023.

Heard. In view of the pendency of the above said SLP No.18376 of 2021 before Hon'ble Supreme Court, the present complaint is adjourned sinedie & shall be taken after the decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court or as & when any application is filed by either of the parties. Accordingly File be consigned to the record room.
