              Complainant absent Adv . for Op present. To day complainant has not taken any step for prosecution of his case . On Perusal of case record . It is seen that the complainant. Has remained absent since September 2014 which seems that he is not interested to prosecute his case. To day neither he is present nor filed any step to prosecute his case . Hence this case is dismissed for default of the complainant.
