ORDER

BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite party and to direct the opposite party to refund the sum of Rs.1000/- with interest 9% charged for the defective product sold by the opposite party and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- with 9% interest for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- with 9% interest towards mental agony and to pay Rs.20,000/- towards cost of this complaint.
