Received letter dated 24-07-2013 written by District Forum for seeking directions. Perusal of record reveals that by order dated 06-03-2012 this Commission set aside order passed by State Commission and District Forum and matter was remanded back to District Forum for deciding the complaint afresh after hearing both the parties. It was further observed that any amount deposited by the petitioner pursuant to the orders passed by Fora below shall await the outcome of the revision petition. It appears that last two lines, eanwhile, any amount deposited by the petitioner pursuant to the orders passed by the Fora below shall await the outcome of the revision petitionwere not required at all because by order dated 06-03-2012 revision petition stood disposed of and the matter was remanded back to the District Forum. Record further reveals that District Forum vide order dated 18-01-2013 again decided the complaint in favor of the complainant. We are not aware whether any appeal has been filed by the opposite party or not but as last two lines in the order of this Commission were not required at all, we delete following two lines, eanwhile, any amount deposited by the petitioner pursuant to the orders passed by the Fora below shall await the outcome of the revision petitionfrom the order dated 06-03-2012 passed by this Commission. Intimation may be given to the District Forum accordingly.
